Aladdin

’Aladdin’ invites us into a world of tales from ‘A Thousand and One Nights’ through the colorful story of the boy Aladdin, of King Šahriar and a brave and wise Scheherazade.

You are led to an exotic world of nomads, mystical sites, gardens and palaces, to a place where powerful rulers reign. Thanks to a magical lamp and the help of a genie who fulfills all his wishes, the poor teenage boy Aladdin attains a magnificent kingdom, becomes the owner of the grandest palace and meets his new love, Princess Badralbudur.

Together with his artistic team Matej Forman has created a magical performance, and with the help of puppets, shadows, decorations and music, he opens the port of the grand palace under a starry sky. This family show takes children and adults to the line between fantasy and reality. Danish actor Claus Mandøe is the narrator in the show.
