Through a meeting of two world famous artists, singer Yael Rasooly and accordionist Iliya Magalnyk invite you to travel back in time to the music of the 1920s to the 1950s, presented in new, creative multi-lingual
versions.
Yael Rasooly – theatre director, singer and actor, has an international career of over 800 performances in 30 countries, receiving standing ovations for musical and theatrical achievements.

Iliya Magalnyk is an extraordinarily talented accordion musician and arranger who brings new life to a reparatory of French romanticism, the spirit of jazz, and much more.

For our 2026 festival Yael has expanded her reparatory, bringing two famous singers with her to Silkeborg, Edith Piaf and Marlene Dietrich, who will be performing in perfect harmony with Yael and Magalnyk.
